DELIVERY

We Guarantee to despatch your house sign or house number sign within 30 days(excluding holiday periods) but you can normally expect to receive your order within 14-30 days depending on our current workload.
If you need your house signs or house number signs quicker or for a particular date please contact us before placing your order, we will almost always oblige.
If you are going to be away on holiday etc. please let us know and we will delay the delivery.
Many items are sent via Royal Mail but heavier parcels will be sent by DHL 48 homeservice. The carrier requires us to supply a destination phone number so please e-mail us with a suitable contact number.
We will advise you by e-mail or phone on despatch so that you can be available to accept delivery or make other arrangements (with a neighbour).
