Helen, The house sign arrived today as planned by the courier, and we are absolutely delighted ! (Feb 2011) Hello Helen, Our house signs have arrived amid much excitement and we are delighted with them! I absolutely love the autumn sandstone and I can't wait to see them in situ (maybe this weekend). Also, thanks to your efficient service we are able to keep the builders happy--and hopefully on schedule as they construct my annex (The Orangery) which is attached to my daughter and family's house (Saffron House) where I currently reside. (Jan 2011) Hi Helen I am sorry I did not reply earlier but I have had a dreaded virus and not been able to do anything for over a week. Anyway I can't thank you enough for the engraved house sign plaque, when it arrived it was better than I had imagined. I had bought it for my partner David who had just gained planning permission to build a house on our farm; this is why I wanted it for Christmas (it came well in time too.) Not only did you cope with our prevarications and delays, but you also had the snow for couriers to contend with. It arrived, I hear, on Tuesday 21st December and looks absolutely fabulous. Engraved stone house signs are very much bespoke items, therefore we do require payment in full before we commence manufacture
WE SUGGEST YOU ASK FOR A FREE DRAFT LAYOUT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

FOR UK CUSTOMERS WE OFFER TWO WAYS TO ORDER AND PAY:

1.   SECURE PAYMENT ON LINE VIA PAYPAL:   Paypal is one of the safest most convenient ways to pay on-line. You do not need a Paypal account, Paypal wiil accept payment by almost every type of credit card.
Simply fill out your inscription details and any other preferences in the boxes provided. Then click on the on-line order link and proceed to secure on-line payments by PAYPAL.
If you cannot enter all of your sign options using this method, simply send us the extra details on a separate e-mail (we will always send an order confirmation and a draft layout before manufacture) or use the postal option below.

2.  BY POST:  Click on the postal order form link, fill out your details, print off the form and send to us with a cheque or postal order via Royal Mail. If we have previously sent you a free draft drawing it may be a good idea to send us a printed copy with your order.
We will send you a confirmation of your order details before processing your order. We will not manufacture your house sign until you have confirmed that you are happy with the details.
